A recent British Social Attitudes survey reveals that public satisfaction with the NHS has dropped to an all-time low, with only 21% (1 in 5) of respondents expressing satisfaction in 2024. This represents a significant decline from 1 in 2 in 2020.

Sharp Decline in Satisfaction Rates
The survey, which has been running since 1983, polled nearly 3,000 people across England, Wales, and Scotland. The results show a substantial drop in satisfaction with core NHS services:
