Sure. Its not a prison and you can leave at any time.
If you do, and it is against the advice of the doctors and nurses, you will be asked to sign a ‘self discharge form’, which states you accept the consequences of the decision.
So MyHSN advises you not to leave, and leave with the blessing of the doctors and nurses, when they think you are ready.
So think about sticking it out as long as you can. It is often more a hassle to sort things afterwards, e.g. trying to get a GP appointment, or resupply of the tablets the hospital has started – especially if its a weekend or bank holiday.

Yes you can I leave hospital whenever you like. But it may not be wise. Have a think about it.
