- Depression or anxiety – and other mental illnesses

- Routine follow-up of chronic disease – e.g. CKD, DM, CHF, BP, cholesterol, COPD/asthma, thyroid disease
- Arthritis (not back) – especially osteoarthritis (e.g. hip or knee pain
- Skin disease – especially eczema
- Earache – especially acute otitis media
- Diabetes – review of medication, control of DM, and complications
- Dementia
- Medication – review
- Urinary tract infection (UTI)
